Quotes in minutes instead of hours
How Asbex GmbH saves around 10 hours of manual work every week.
- 10 hrsless manual work per week
- 400 hrspotential saving per year
- 5 daysfrom order to handover
Our entire quoting and damage intake now run automatically. I forward documents to the new AI mailbox, get myself a coffee, and the finished draft is sitting in Lexware. I would not have thought that possible.

The problem
Every subcontractor quote was typed up by hand, line item by line item, with the mark-up worked out on a calculator.
Asbex's own service items only existed as a PDF and were retyped from scratch every time.
Around 1.5 hours per quote, more than 10 hours of manual work a week.

What we changed
The service catalogue with more than 500 items now sits in the accounting tool Lexware Office, where the AI uses it directly.
One step: the email with the quote goes to an AI mailbox, together with the customer number and the mark-up in percent.
The AI reads the PDF and creates the finished draft quote in Lexware. The order list fills itself.
